*Flash!* DIY invitations - honest opinions please

Look what Mr Spoon and I made this afternoon - who knew that snow could help so much with the wedding planning?!




Obviously the inserts will havve writing on them when we make the real thing!

What do you guys think? Are they good enough to send out to people? This is just a prototype so please be honest, we can change things.

    Erm, not really, they are really lovely! I'm an absolute bunting addict so you had me at the very first little triangle! Your guests will love them.

    The only bit of constructive criticism I can offer (and it's stylistic rather than content so just my personal preference) would be to make sure that there is the same gap around the outside of the main invitation - the blue border is slimmer at the top and bottom than it is at the sides. It might be you want them like that though. Incredibly picky. I love the style and colours though.

    Thanks guys, I am quite pleased that we managed to make something that didn't instantly fall apart! But I do keep looking at it and thinking "hmmm".

    Thanks CB, completely agree - I cut it out wrong ? We will be borrowing my mum's guillotine for the actual real ones!

    Thanks everyone, I've looked at it again this morning and think we did a pretty good job for amateurs ?

    Ha ha mrs_lewis I would love to but right now the thought of having to make another 60 for my own wedding is sending me cross-eyed!
