FLASH me your wedding cakes please!

Have a look at Sues Cakes in Grantham, I have looked at hers and they do look really nice, I think she has a shop there too, somewhere... I have spoken to her before Xmas and will be going to see her within the next few months so if you want me to let you know/give feedback etc considering we are in the next village... we will have to meet up at the Scues for a wedding "chat" lol x

M&S do tiered cakes too, they're quite reasonably priced.. You wont have to do the decorating yourself then.

Ah I think I have been on her website before, I wish I could make the cake myself but I'm not very gifted when it comes to baking!! Would be fun to meet up, OH shows no interest in 99% of all wedding planning!

Will you be going to the wedding fayre at the lincolnshire showground on 6th Feb, apparently be around 150 suppliers there, Im definately going to go to have a look around... the company, crystal chair covers are hosting it, and they are my suppliers and Donna the owner of the chair cover company has a friend who is a cake supplier, I went to see her, she is based in Grimsby and her cakes are just fab! she even makes caricature bride and groom for the topper, well cute...

We are going for M&S - the venue have a tiered cake stand which we will use but she also said that they have had many a M&S cake there and would happily set it up for us...

We are having the plain white tiers and I will make the penguin toppers and add flowers

Those penguins are so cute :-)

We had M&S vanilla glitter cupcakes and then a top cake that a friends aunt made us as a gift.

I'm going for a mix of the ivory ones and the pink ones
