They came from Brantano, and were £28, so a bit more than you were looking for, but thought I'd suggest them anyway just in case you found it useful

I got these from debenhams for £14.40

Mine were an absolute bargain, I cringe to say how cheap they were (it makes me sound a bit cheap!) but they were exactly what I wanted. For the price they are absolutely amazing...

Have a look in BHS they have bridesmaid sandals in various colours with a medium heel.
