That looks like a pretty simple bouquet to recreate, the only thing the florist might ask you to provide the brooches (it is likely to be cheaper for you to source them anyway)

Yes, it would be very easy to recreate. You might want to purchase your own brooches though so you get some you like for sure rather than rely on someone else's choice.
