Flower nightmare

I really dont know where to turn. My wedding is in Spain next year and i met the florist who despite having a friend to translate didnt really seem to understand my wishes. She seems to think white should be the colour with a hint of blue. My dress is ivory and the bridesmaids light blue. I have spoken to a florist today now im back home and she advises white flowers will make my dress look dirty. I am so lost with this. HELP !!!!!

    Can you find some photos of the sort of thing you would like to show them? Or else maybe choose a completely contrasting colour so that you don't have to worry about a clash?

    I did show a photo but im not sure it was understood. The florist today suggested pastels. The whole confusion is down too my colour scheme completley changing from neutrals too light blue up until then i was so organised and focused. My bridesmaids chose there own dresses, which i now regret. Should i be getting this stressed over flowers !!!!
