Food Diary?

SadieButterfly, 30 May, 2012 at 09:34 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 3

Does anyone keep a food/drinks diary? Now, i'm not big in any stretch of the imagination or worried about my weight as such, but over the past few months or so i have noticed my clothes getting that little bit tighter and i don't feel as comfortable as i once use to.

I don't want to diet as such, i love my food too much. But to basically just to cut down on the crap and watch what i eat/drink. Does anyone do this?

I use My Fitness Pal which calories up all the food I enter for the day. Might be worth a try jut to see where all your calories are coming from?

I have done it once, when I was trying to isolate whatever it was that was making me feel ill. Although I wasn't looking at the volume of food I was eating, seeing everything in a list is interesting. Did I need to eat four chocolates? Previously, would I have even noticed that I had eaten four? And so on.

    Thank you ladies.

I totallly forgot about My fitness pal, i've used it previously but i must have deleted it, i've just downloaded it again. I think seeing what i eat daily there in front of me will give me that little more of a boost to eat more healthily.
