My flapjack is alwasy going crunchy - how do I make it chewy??!!! any good receipes for chewy flapjack?

    Delia's recipe is brilliant, very buttery but brilliant. It's on her website. I sometimes add currants to mine too.

    I find baking them in a china dish (like a lasagne dish) rather than a metal one helps and i'm sure the amount of butter helps aswell.
