Foot tattoos

I can't comment on the pain difference as such as i only have the 1 tattoo on my ankle, but its right by my ankle bone and i can say that after about 2 minutes of him doing round my ankle bone the whole area actually went numb so although painful, it was only for a minute if that makes sense?

I'm thinking of having one down the side of my foot so it hasn't put me off anyway

I don't have any there but I've heard it hurts like a b****. That said, it does depend on your individual pain threshold as well. I've had a couple on other painful areas (shoulder blade, inner wrist) and I've never let the threat of the pain stop me

When I had my hip done, when the guy did the bit on my hip bone it felt as if it was going to shatter from the vibrations but other than the scratchy feel it was relatively pain free. My mum has had her foot done and she's a bit of a wimp usually so I hope I can handle it! I only want something fairly small. I do have very tickly feet though so not sure how I'll handle that!

When MF got one on his stomach they said it would be sore, apparently the more 'tickly' the area would be if someone touched it, the more it hurts?! Not sure if this is true or not. I'd imagine a foot would be sore. I've got one on the inside of my ankle and it didn't hurt, because I was very drunk. Was agony the next day though....

I hope not! I'm freakishly ticklish!

This is food for thought as l have been thinking about having a tattoo on my foot. I need to ask someone l work with who has one, to see how much it hurts

I have one on each foot. The one on my right foot is on the top of the foot, about an inch from my little toes. It was painful, but not too bad. The one on my left foot really, really hurt. It runs along the outside, just above the squidgy bit near my sole.

This is mine (sorry if its massive!) I found I had a major problem keeping my leg still, my muscles were twitching to try and get away from the needle! I had to be held down. Worth it though!
