Not sure if this will be what you're after but look up vitamin string quartet on you tube. They've done some fab covers. I really like their version of wonderwall and also sweet child of mine. Think they have a couuple of albums on ITunes.

Metalica, nothing else matters? We had an acoustic guitarist play for us, Damien rice Blowers daughter (not quite rock!), but you could go down that route?

We then had a rock band play in the evening, it was fantastic, Mr Keg esp loved it!!!
