Free table plan software anyone?

Theres one on www.marthastewartweddings.com - if you put in all your guest names on the reception page they appear on the planner so you can move them around. You can add extra tables, put in the room size so you can see how many fit, have square and round ones! Its really good - you just have to sign up with the website for free.

Despite there still being 4 mths to go, my seating plan for the day is all done! (assuming everyone accepts the invite that is!)

Perfect Thanks, i could use word etc but the planner thing that i downloaded was so much simpler to use and could just drag and drop but not worth paying for, for a one off thing

I actually paid for the 6 months use of toptableplanner.com simply because it was the easiest to use and wasn't that expensive in the scheme of things.

Easy to use and the print outs look good too.
