The following missing words in this sentence are made up of the same 7 letters in the same order, can you work it out?

The _ _ _ _ _ _ _ doctor (1 word 7 letters)

was _ _ _ _ _ _ _ to operate (2 words 3 and 4 letters)

as there was _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (2 words 2 and 5 letters)

I do know the answer ?

Don't think I ever would have got that one!

Here's a good one (not sure if people will have heard it before, I'm not sure how well known it is):

There are two doors in front of you, one leads to heaven and one leads to hell. There is a guard at each door who look exactly the same, but the one guarding the door to heaven always tells the truth and the one guarding the door to hell always lies. You don't know which guard or which door is which. You can ask one question to find out which door you should go through, what should you ask? (Also bear in mind that the guards are blind and have no knowledge about you or the world, so you can't ask 'is my hair brown' or 'is David Cameron the prime minister' and see if they get it right)

To either guard (it doesn't matter):

Which door would the other guard tell me leads to heaven?

If you worked it out yourself and didn't already know the answer then you are officially the cleverest person I've ever 'met' Footlong, I've never met anyone who's been able to work it out! A lot of people even struggle to understand the answer once its explained to them.

"You remind me of the babe, what babe?"

I knew the answer, from the film Labyrinth.

    Sorry.

Here's one, requires no intelligence whatsoever...

I am wearing a pair of trousers and I put my wallet in my front, right pocket. If I take the trousers off, turn them inside out and put them on backwards, in which pocket does the wallet now sit (in reference to your body)?

I knew the heaven and hell doors one. I did work it out with a friend at school though.

How about this one. Two girls are completely identical, they share the same date of birth and the same biological parents but they aren't twins. Why?

I knew the door one too, but that was because Hubby and I worked it out when the question came up on the Dara O'Briens maths programme

FTLOMB- Is it back right? Turning them inside out would put it in the front left, then putting them on backwards puts it to the back but on the right.
