Gah expensive week for me :(

My car went in the garage at the weekend they called yesterday to say it needs a lot more than we thought, H knows the mechanic so hes not pulling a fast one. Then last night the damn boiler gave up the will to live - so I have no hot water or heating - I dread to think how much that will come to - Have these bloody appliances not heard of the credit crunch?!
