If I was buying my own i'd go plain, to match my dress. But i'm borrowing mine from my CBM and it's lacy.

OK, I didn't paste the other bit of your message deliberately?......Have you also considered that if your OH is a footie fan, that most teams do garters in his teams colours?

May not suit you necessarily, although for some may be worth considering.

I saw my first ever footie top league match in Nottingham (Man Utd v Forest) and have also played footie myself at Newcastles first team indoor training pitch...

Just bought a brand new one with tags off ebay for a total price of £1.99!

The pics weren't very good - you coukdn't see it very weel - but what I did see was pretty much what i wanted andf I thought for £1.99 I could risk it ?

Wooo -underwear and garter - DONE! (well, will be when the knickers arrive!) ?

I had a lacey one, I put it on about half hour before leaving for the church and took it off after 5 minutes, it was sooooo irritating! Cost me £25 qid aswell! lol

So I didn't actually wear a garter. Because of that I'd say plain, maybe it wouldn't be as itchy!

I have a brand new garter for sale if anyone is looking for one.

It has a beautiful pale blue Swarovski crystal heart on a beaded thread of clear Swarovski crystal beads in the centre. The garter is made from organza ribbon and edged in satin ribbon.

    Would like £9.99 as new.

I want a diamonte one, I don't like lace ones.

Probably asking for the impossible tho.

Have you searched the wedding shops? A lot of card shops do them aswell, strangely enough.
