Well, they're coming from Australia, so there's always the risk that the plane delivering them might just vanish in mid air.

Buying Uggs is complicated because of the name. All boots of this type are Uggs because this describes the footwear as do the words slippers or wellies.

The Company says they are not affliated with Deckers and that their boots are made in Australia not China. The genuine Uggs are made in China by Deckers and anything else is not exactly what you are hoping for. Deckers have been unable to stop people using the word Uggs for their boots but the other companies have to put a disclaimer on their websites to say they are not affiliated with Deckers. Hope this helps.

These are not genuine uggs - have a look at http://www.uggaustralia.com/gb/ProductsList.aspx?gID=w&categoryID=651 or have a good look in a store if they havent got a label inside with a serial number on then they are not the genuine article. Just bought wat was described as genuine uggs off ebay to receive dso priman type fakes. Have come t the conclusion that I will have to pay the full price if I want the real thing.

Uggs of London are not genuine - there is a really good guide to Ugg boots here on eBay: https://reviews.ebay.co.uk/FAKE-DECKER-UGG-AUSTRALIA-BOOTS-Picture-Guide-1-of-5_W0QQugidZ10000000003269455

To make sure they are genuine get them from an authorised retailer such as Office, Kate Kuba, Selfridges, Kurt Geiger or the Ugg Australia website. Anywhere offering cheap "genuine" Uggs are fake as the offical website is sold out of a lot of things until March so there is no way there would be that much stock in circulation!

Im in Shanghai at the moment and I dare say that tomorrow I'll see dozens of retailers stocking fakes. The care kits on that site dont look pukka either to be honest. Every now and again I get sent fake pairs where customers try & get a refund to the value of geniune retail. I send their boots back with advice not to buy (sometimes obvious) clones. The stitching on the majority of fakes is truly awful and I really wonder how many of these are actually seen prior to purchase

I agree with everything you've said.

The label on the heel is not an authentic UGG label. I wouldn't even need to explain any more as that label is a dead giveaway.

Office sell genuine Uggs, and you can order from their website too.

I think they are not real sellers and you must verify this first and then read proper guide about them and then decide.
