Yes, what about a free rant thread, like they have just done on WP (v entertaining) but none wedding related rants, just stuff wot bugs u!?!

Everything bugs me ?

You don't even want to ask me at the moment.

Tamest one I can think of is mortgage company. We're trying to sell so enquired into extending the mortgage. Yep, we can do that, pass affordability and all. However, we only (haha) want around another £25k for the house we love which falls under their minimum lending. So they will lend us the additional money - at a variable rate of base + 6.49%!!!!!!! We're in a fixed term for another 14 months so we either pay that extortionate figure or pay to get out - £5.5k. So they're extorting money from us one way round or another.

I'm fed up of the whole world revolving around SILs wedding ATM.....I wish this much attention had been paid when we were planning our wedding, but no, ours was all about the drama and everything wasn't good enough for them! Everyone is expecting us to chip in and help with her big day, money wise and effort wise, yet they simply turned up to ours, got drunk, made a mess and didn't help in any way, shape or form! (And they got lost on the way to the wedding breakfast so we arrived about half hour before SIL, her rabble of kids, MIL and FIL, despite us staying on for 40 mins for more photos! So they delayed us all!)

I'm TTC, but at the moment the only thing I seem to have conceived is a food baby....I am one lard ass biatch at the moment! If I could get motivated I'd stick to my diet and get exercising, but my healthy lunch today has been ruined as my colleague brought in a big box of homemade ginger cake!

I'm also sick of my sodding job, it's stress, hours, responsibilities and commute! You have just reminded me of the row I had with a man in the supermarket yesterday though! I'd been queuing up for an AGE at the horrific self service things (with about 6 people behind me!) and this man minces up with a little trolley and tries to push in in front of me. When I went to say something he thought I was chatting HIM up!! No "mate" I am not chatting you up, I want you to get to the back of the twunting queue!

Why lie!!! honestly why bother if your blatently not going to do something just dont say you are, its not like we are not going to find out, if you say you will call back in 10 mins and clearly have no intention of doing it i will know in 10 mins when my b*****d phone doesnt ring won't I?!?!?! And workmen if you say you are starting work tomorrow i will know you havent cos when i get home and everything is exactly how i left it i will know you havent been there wont I, you clearly are not going to turn up so when we ask you are you able to work tomorrow just say no instead of saying you are coming and not turning up for 3 days on the trot!! grrrr

Oh and people who invade your personal space particularly old people in queues!

Lol, I'm glad to here it Trickers! I have to second this one!! I have a disliking for teenagers, especially ones who insist on using text speak!! IT'S NOT BIG, IT'S NOT CLEVER, AND IT TAKES LONGER TO DECIFER THAN IT DOES TO WRITE!!

I'm with you on that one! No offence to those of you who shop in Waitrose but the people who shop in there seem to be THE rudest. Actually, the staff aren't much better.

For example, the other day one of the older ladies was serving me at the till and she spots someone she knows. So what does she do? She starts having a conversation with her whilst I'm stood there waiting for my change. Not good customer service.

Effing kids running around supermarkets in my lunchhour being noisey and getting the in the way, when i just want to get in and get out asap...no small child, i do not want to pick up the fifteen peppers you just knocked on the floor nor do i want to eat the one you pick up and pass to me!!

The BT man was so god damn rude to me over the phone - I am going to write a letter.

Trying to get WiFi installed in my OHs room on an army camp - nightmare!! We signed up at Xmas and finally gone live today!!

Firstly, the man showed up to his 1-6pm appointment at 11:45 then called me, left 2 VERY rude messages before I could call back at 11:52 - I told him I would find out where OH and get him to meet him at the guard house to sign him in. Reply: "Huuuuuuh (big sigh) Well, hurry up then". He then went on to be rude to OH too - asking why he hadn't got a certain door key ready and waiting - erm, becuase it was organised to be dropped off at 1pm - this isn't a kids playground it's high security camp and every tool / key has to be signed out properly!! IDIOT

Oh yes! This is another favourite of mine!

It's alright for people to dump their kids on the grandparents every twunting weekend so they can go out, get w*nkered and jump on their new creepy boyfriend, but then to put statuses making yourself out to be the model mum who does everything for your kids and misses them so much etc?! It doesn't really wash with me love!

I am annoyed that both me an FH have got stinking colds and feel awful

I am annoyed that due to some people in Bruxelles of all places had decided to make car insurance no longer about risk, but about equality so all of us ladies insurance policies will sky rocket

I am annoyed that people at my work don't do certain things that they don't want to, and then I end up having to do it, and its not usually the nicest of jobs

I am annoyed that my next door neighbour has put in a planning application that means that 90% of our view will be obscured by a new wall if the plan is approved

I am annoyed that I looked at photographs from last year and have realised that I have put on weight since then (and that explains why my jeans are so tight)

I am annoyed my neighbours cat keeps picking on my cat and biting and scratching him to the point that he bleeds

I am also annoyed with my cat for bringing in the rear end of a mouse and leaving it as a present on our stairs, and then being sick outside the front door with the rest of the mouse

And breathe

I am easily annoyed about things. Today's list:

People who use text speak, too many capital letters and don't understand the difference between very simple grammatical issues.

I really, really get irrationally cross with people who can't use an ellipsis. It's 3 dots, the more you use the more of an idiot you look.

Thames Water - why are you trying to charge me double? You gits.

Client A - oay our bloody invoice!! I want to draw some money out to pay for my wedding dress and if I do it without my draw down I'll be skint.

Dad - why is your new family so much more important than us? It wouldn't hurt to apologise for forgetting my birthday and, perhaps, even wish me a belated happy birthday. TW@T.

Has anyone else noticed that OAPs seem to wait until midday before going to a) the bank b) the bakers c) Waitrose? They have all day yet seem to wait until us workers go out during our half hour/hour lunch breaks. Why ?

I live in London and get the train from Charing X home, I hate how, in the school holidays, parents take their many, many,kids on day trips to London and back during RUSH HOUR.

My boss is a lazy biatch. She lies about having doctors, dentist appts etc for 2 hours and then comes in the office and does no work all day. It really really REALLY pisses me off!!

This bugs me too! I live near Reading but commute into Richmond every day and I dread the holidays as I never get a seat on the way back because some woman is there with her five kids, the two from next door, her niece and a double buggy...ok over exaggeration, but you get the idea! I can't think of something worse than trying to take a buggy on a commuter train!

Still can't believe he forgot your birthday. Hoping he makes it up to you this weekend.

Work sucks and although I generally like the people I work with I am demotivated, bored and fed up of being taken advantage of and paid insufficiently for the amount of cr@p that I have to take on a daily basis. Why on earth can't I just get sodding pregnant then I can go on maternity and if H's work get their finger out of their butt there's a chance that I might not have to go back. I want my wedding photos back and my cats to be well, I want to stop worrying about my dad's health and my brother not growing up that quickly. I want H and I to be able to afford a house. And that's just the personal stuff.....

I want people to use the word unique properly and stop qualifying it. IT"S NOT QUITE UNIQUE grrrrrrrrrrr

I want people to stop asking to lend something from me.

I want people to use indicators, drive faster than 15 miles an hour and generally be more courteous on the road.

There's more but I've made myself cross enough and upset enough not to be able to think of them!

Same here! I am fed up of living in rented accommodation with crappy cookers/boilers and god awful landlords who feel you owe them something constantly!

Old people. Whether they be driving (slowly) or shopping during lunch hours. I was shopping in Oxford t'other day and got pushed out of the way by an old lady - she didn't even ask prior to the pushing if I could move! Caaah.

I loathe the fact I can't get a permanent job despite being with my current employer as a temp/ on a fixed term contract for 5 years. What enrages me more is that there is a 69 year old man in my office who won't retire, despite falling asleep daily at his desk and having no idea how to do his job.

I hate text speak and people being twee and/ or generally cooing on here.

I also hate that I have had to take a new job 70 miles away because there is nothing else about.

I shall think of more, I am sure!
