Getting to know you!

Hi SassyT, I hope you don't mind but I wanted to ask you a question related to your ME. My OH has ME and, although he was very excited when we got engaged, he is acting like the wedding is going to me a horrible ordeal for him. I understand that it could be very difficult and we have come up with strategies to help him. My question is, what strategies are you going to use and in your opinion, how could I help me OH look forward to it a bit more? Please message me if you don't want to discuss on the thread. It would be so helpful for me to get another sufferers POV as I obv want him to enjoy his wedding day.

When did you get engaged? July 2011 in South of France by a river having a champagne picnic.

How long have you been Hitching? I singed up in August 2011 I think then it took me a few months to get the courage to post! Since then I have given my opinion on many a thread, whether useful or not!

When did you get engaged? Christmas Day 2011 although we were looking at possible venues and sorting out our budgt before then.

When are you getting married? 29th June 2013

On Christmas Day. I think it must be common, as the lady showing us around Penshurst Place the other day had gotten engaged the same day!

We're looking at June 22, 2013, but haven't yet booked a venue, so it's still provisional.

27, will have just turned 29 come wedding day!

Nothing at the moment. Stressful when budgeting for a wedding, but I graduated with distinction from a masters program in October, and have been looking for work since. If anyone know of any art galleries, museums, or historical buildings hiring in London or Northwest Kent, let me know

I live in Orpington, which is both London and Kent somehow, but I'm from Toronto, Canada and only moved to England 16 months ago!
