Getting your banns read

lady_chicken2, 21 January, 2013 at 11:51 Posted on Planning 0 3

My partner and i dont officially live together but i pretty much sleep over at his every night! The church where we're getting married asked where we live so obviously i told them i still live at my parents because all of my post still goes there, im on the electoral roll there and i dont offically live with my partner.

Is this the right thing to do or should i have said i live with him? Im all confused :-(

I don't think it matters, as long as you check your post there (as they will probably send you stuff), it shouldn't be a problem.

If you don't officially live with your partner then yes you have done the right thing.

I assume your post etc goes to your parents? And that that's where you're on the electoral role? Then yep, you've said the right address.
