How about some crystal glasses? You could get some champers ones for your best friend and some tumbler whiskey type ones for her h2b.

Or how about some nice jewellry and cufflinks they could wear at their wedding.

How about something special for their honeymoon? Do you know where they are going? You could pay for an "experience day" for them or a special meal or spa something when they are away! You could buy them some wee "Just married" luggage tags, and wrap them up and put you confirmation of booking with it! If they are planning on keeping the honeymoon til later on, you could book them a night in a hotel and dinner??
