Gifts for the mums and dads??

MrsWarland2b, 19 March, 2015 at 20:42 Posted on Planning 0 7

Ok so I am pretty much done with all the wedding planning(yay go me!!) apart from this last little bit, I have no idea what to get for gifts for both my parents and my other halfs parents. I was just wondering what everyone else has bought if you are even buying gifts? Any ideas would be appreciated xxx

I've got a few ideas I think (still plenty Of time to rethink) but for my dad a personalised photo frame subscribed with "To remember the day you gave me away" which I've found on eBay ?

MIL and possibly mother a rose bush or something similar so it'll be something that they can put in the garden and remember our wedding day rather than flowers which die quite quick.

Step father - still totally stuck haha.

Anyways good luck with your choice, search eBay, Amazon and Pinterest for ideas, that's what I've been doing xx

A tricky one for me as my dad died several years ago and I don't yet know if my mum and her other half are attending.

We'll be buying the OH's parents a night at our favourite hotel. I keep pimping it but it really is lovely - they've been so supportive of us we want to repay them.

Everyone who does attend is getting accommodation for two nights so that's something in itself.

Just bought my mum this necklace as I wanted her to have something she could keep.

My oh's mum is probably getting an engraved photo frame. I don't think I'm getting my dad anything and my oh's dad died a few years ago.
