Good - had a lovely holiday last week, albeit ridiculously hot.

Good - we went househunting this week as I need to move in about 3 weeks time. Was anticipating it being massively stressful but we found a place we like and have had our offer accepted!

Good - It's my choir summer concert tonight and parents are coming to watch it and to stay over.

Bad - need to move house in 3 weeks and nothing is ready...

    Yey Friday finally!

Good - I have been given a 3 month secondment to another department which I’m trying to learn so I’m super excited.

Good – tomorrow my best friend and I are testing out our tents for when we go to a festival, then doing some shopping and having dinner at an awesome Chinese place.

Good – Finally catching up with my aunty this weekend after not seeing her for a while.

Bad/Good- Oh is off to London for the weekend with his best friend to watch some cycling.

Bed – as we were away last weekend and busy every night in the week, I haven’t had a chance to give the apartment a good clean so tonight that’s my job after I finish work.

Good: Made to measure Garden gates were ready for collection yesterday.

Bad: Fridge/Freezer decided to go wrong

Good: We managed to salvage most of the food

Good: Husband found, bought and had fridge freezer delivered yesterday.

Good/Bad: freezer door slightly damaged in transit however as we need to replace washer dryer they are prepared to give us a good discount on that.

Good: I have a date for project handover, and by the start of next month I'll be back to doing one job, not too. AND I get my long weekends back again.

Good: Cold but gorgeous day, took a walk, had lunch out with H (first time since Feb), bumped into friends.....reminded that sometimes the simple things are the best.

Good: Have the day to myself tomorrow as H is working. Also have rehearsals for Alice in Wonderland.

Bad-ish: Even though things are loads better than they were, I am fed up of mental health issues impacting on every aspect of my life. I just want it done with.......but it isn't.

Well done bliss balloons :-) hugs for the bads. YK, we're here for you always xx

Good: took part in the first management meeting in our new building at work and had actually prepared, had useful contributions to make and felt much better afterwards

bad: work is still mental and next week will be worse as we're having an official opening so lots of important people

Bad: H has been ill since Tuesday and we're not sure why. I think it could partly be stress related

Good/bad: at my parents this weekend being looked after, but H didn't come because he's not well, so I feel guilty I'm not looking after him

Good- my cousin had a healthy baby boy on Thursday, the first of the new generation!

Good- I only have 2 days of work left before the wedding.

Bad- I did a day of supply at a school and the children were feral, I spent the whole afternoon being argued with.

Thanks Mrs S. I don't know what I'd have done without the otters carrying me through.

Actually, as I said things are better and I should be grateful for that. Just tired, it's been a long time and although there are improvements, it won't go away quickly. And it seems to impact on every single aspect of my life. Have resisted the urge to post a self indulgent woe is me thread, but just feeling a bit over it.

Good - experienced my first Sikh Kurmai and Chunni ceremonies last night. Open bar and so much food!

Good - went to Victoria's Secret for a new bra, and discovered that after years of wearing 34B and feeling depressed that I really should be wearing a 36A, it turns out I have been wearing the wrong size...but I'm actually 32C! It's amazing what a difference that one small thing has made to my entire attitude about my figure. Not feeling so flat-chested = feel more in proportion = feeling less bad about my tummy. ?

Bad - it's 8am on a Saturday and I've already been up for an hour because my throat hurts so much.

Bad - bought a new bed a few weeks ago using a Wowcher voucher, but the retailer hasn't replied to our emails asking about delivery dates.

Kiwi - sorry to hear you've been having trouble. I am really glad that over the last few years people are more open and honest about mental health. If it's your sort of thing, there is an amazing writer and illustrator who has written a whole series of books about depression, working through it in a really gentle and visual way. It's not at all academic or preachy (which I find a lot of books on the topic to be) just a great view of how to manage. The author is called Matthew Johnstone. The first one I read was called the alphabet of the human heart and he's written about 5 others. I'd recommend all of them!

Good week - went to see Ed Sheeran at wembley who was totally amazing and he had Elton John as a surprise guest!

Good week - really enjoyed having a bit more me time.

Bad week - wanted federer to win wimbledon. Sigh, never mind!
