Hi All

Firstly I would like to say thank you for the help in my previous posts, and wondered if I could call upon your good nature to assist me again.

I have got a quote and wondered if it seemed steep or a good price.

Cheers

It's only a good price if it's in YOUR budget and at a venue you want! You could get cheaper (£1000 holiday inn for instance) or pay a whole lot more. I know we could have found better prices, but they weren't at the venue we fell in love with and weren't offering the standard we were looking for.

If you like the price then go for it!

    I think that sounds good.

Just had a quick google of your venue and it looks lovely. Got a similar style ceremony room to mine in that it's part conservatory ?.

The only teenie thing I'd say is that guests will probably drink more than one glass of wine each with dinner. Whether you choose to pay for this or your guests will is up to you.

Hi All thanks for the feedback.

We were going to get married in the ceremony room but then we were shown the church next door....I am literally speechless for how mind blowing the church was! The venue were kind enough to even state the fee for the ceremony will be deducted.

Yeah I think they will drink more so that may increase slightly! Thinking of creating a website for so the guests can be updated etc and when I do I will post on here so anyone can take a look. Speaking of which does anyone know of some cheap website templates and hosting etc

    Greatly appreciate all feedback

Sounds like a cracking deal to me! I would just check how much it will cost to add extras on (like extra guests/drink), in case that might bump up the price significantly. Our venue gave us an estimate for 'X' amount of guests and then a cost per head for any extra.

My OH did a website for us using Wordpress which I believe is relatively easy to do a simple page on. Alternatively you should be able to find free ones using a google search but I don't know specific names unfortunately.
