Just wanted to share as am feeling quite happy that we have achieved a good amount towards the wedding this weekend - despite not planning to do any of it!
Have got bridesmaid dresses all sorted, chosen everything for the invitations and ordered all bits so can get on with making them ready to post out in January, and brought all the wine that we need (I think). Took advantage of Tesco's save 25% if you buy more than 6 bottles of wine and used that combined with other offers such as the 3 for £12 and managed to get 72 bottles for an average of £2.50 each (all of the bottles retailed at over £6 each full price!). There is no bar facility in our reception venue so we have to supply everything so this is a major part accomplished! Feeling very pleased with ourselves! We got a few funny looks when we were going through the tills with trolleys full of wine though!
Beginning to think that the most productive weekends are the ones where I don't plan to do anything wedding related!
