Ive just asked the same thing on the gift bag thread!

up to now on my list i have got: socks, mini bottle of port (para thing), a watch, and a card. im struggling too.

i was thinking of writing a letter for him to read

I have (or am planning to have):

My boudoir pictures that I am having done nearer the time.

A pair of white towelling socks as a symbol of the fact I am proud to be marrying my Essex man.

A can of Red Bull (in case he flags before the night is out.....!)

His favourite biscuits.

An ipod (old one) that has a playlist that I have made for him. It is just an hour long, but he can listen to it while he soaks in the bath, or whatever on the day.

A "be there at 2pm" type card - loads of choice on Notonthehighstreet.com

A little book of "dont's for husbands" that is quite old fashioned and quirky.

and bits and bobs like that - I am sure there will be loads of silly things that find their way in there before the day!!

I dont think Im putting together a box but instead 1 main item (although I love buying gifts so that may change lol)

* my OH will only wear plain black socks/boxers so any cute/fancy ones would be a waste

* I bought him a gorgeous wedding watch for Christmas last year (although hes never wore it he just wears his plain black one, can you see a pattern lol)

* years of modelling means he has plenty of 'boudoir' style images of me

* Ive already bought him tonnes of aftershave

* cards just always end up haphazard around the house

* no alcohol as I dont want him drunk

Im going to make him jewellery instead to wear on the day instead as the cool chain he use to wear broke

Love the ideas guys.. mine sound similar!

So a boudoir photo shoot I am doing nearer the time which he will be so shocked at as I said I would never have one!

I have also bought a quirky old fashioned book 'How to be a good husband' ?

I'm giving mine that "dont's for husbands" book too since we already have a "don't's for wives" (that we keep in the downstairs loo!). That and a nice card since he's getting me at the end of the day too ;P x

I got mine a Neville shaving kit with bowl and badger brush as well as some traditional shaving cream. I also got him some silver cuff links shaped like Wellington boots and a longines watch.
