Groom & Groom's party suits

jessica_jayne, 23 May, 2012 at 10:16 Posted on Planning 0 3

Hi

General question about if you hired them or bought them? And where you did this from??

Starting to look around for them, but everywhere seems to have really different prices, so I don't know what is good to pay per person.

Also did you pay for everyone or did they contribute?

Xx

We found the same as you, we have hired and ended up paying £79 per person and the groom going free this was with 10% off and us haivign 6 adult suits and one kids, I actually found that this was really cheap compaired to other places we looked at. We have paid for it ourself as we have brought the bridesmaid's dresses so thought it was only fair. x

We have hired ours from Greenwoods - £125 per suit but this was the 'deluxe suit'.

We will be buying waistcoats and ties, then asking the men to wear their own suits. Though I want the casual-ish look

Ours were hired through my uncle who worked for the firm (I dont remember the name of the company now and he has long since retired!) - We asked all members of the Grooms party to pay for their own which they did, the ONLY exception was the Best Man, as he was a "late replacement" when the first one couldnt come for some reason, so we paid for his.
