Groom's Cake?

I've seen a few of you mention this....... what is it???!!!

    It's an american thing, a gift from the bride to her groom of his own cake, often reflecting his hobbies/interests and is much more colourful than a traditional wedding cake. Sometimes it's served at the rehearsal dinner.

    I'm not having one, nor have I ever attended a wedding which did.

    I did this. It was presented to my OH after we cut the main cake. It went down really well, he was well chuffed and loads of guests said how unusual it was. I had OH in a man u shirt & had our dog included as well:
