Hi sophie im not from midlands so cant help with that but if yiu go to a local wedding fair you should find some there, and you may even be able to get some discounts because they sometimes give 10% off if yiu spend 5 mins talkimng to them at there stall. now if you have alot to buy for 10% is quite a bit off

I would look into youngs suit hire, they have a nicer (and cheaper) selection than Moss Bros and are doing a hire 5 suits get one free deal at the moment. I am sure they have a branch in Birmingham.
