Groupon...Has anyone used one of their packages AND pls post current Groupon packages here :)

Not really set on a location, was thinking I would just see what Groupon has to offer. The west side of England would be ideal, as high up as Lancashire right down to Hampshire, just wanna see what's out there.

Edited to add that is wedding for wedding video. They do come up quite regularly so I'll keep an eye out.

yeah I think it was in Coventry and that was the one that got me wondering, it has expired now unfortunately, but it looked good! I wanted to see if anyone else had ever used a Groupon before. I believe there was also another in Gloucester

I just trawled through all any there is currently no weddings up on Groupon, but please keep your eyes open for them people and post them on here

Wedding packages are one thing, be careful with individual suppliers though. Groupon take such a huge cut as to remove any profit from the deal for the supplier.

Lots of horror stories, please be careful and have adequate insurance.

I'll second this. Seen lots of horror stories about groupon, morso with indivdual suppliers - particularly I've seen a few photographers who have taken on too much work through groupon without the profit margin to sustain themselves.

Not heard of any problems with venue packages though. Woodbrorough Hall in Notts have done quite a few Groupon promotions - just a metter of keeping your eyes peeled!
