Guest planner doesn't work half the time

Put the details in for a guest, go to add an additional guest. nothing happens. so i try to save and close. nothing ... i have to cancel. very annoying and time consuming

    Sorry to hear you are having problems with the Guest Manager, are you able to email me with a bit more information, like if you get an error message and what you are clicking on?

    If you could also visit http://supportdetails.com/ and send me your browser information then I should be able to help you resolve this problem.

    There isn't any error message, the buttons just aren't working. clicking them with a mouse but nothing happens

    I have tested using the guest manager using the same browser settings as you are using. In order to investigate this are you happy for me to log in as you and test your account?

    Hi,

    Can you visit https://www.hitched.co.uk/autologout.aspx

    Clear your browsing data by visiting you history page, then ticking 'Delete Cookies' and 'Empty Cache' (you don't need to clear your browsing history etc)

    Then try re-logging in and having another go?

    I also have a problem with the guest manager, the guests seem to be in a bit of a random order and not together with who they are linked to, is this right?

    Hi Sukari

    If you use the headings at the top of the list (Guest Name, Group, Email Entered etc) then it reorders the list for you based on that option. If you use the Guest Name option then it orders the list alphabetically. If you have guests linked together then it will order the lead guest alphabetically in the list, and the accompanying guest should still display next to the lead guest in the list.

    Feel free to email me directly at aimee@hitched.co.uk if you are still having problems. If you could let me know what computer (PC or Mac) you are using, and what Internet Browser and version, that will help me know if there is a technical problem.

    I need help with my guest manager!!!!! Basically the problem could be with me but I'd still love to know what I'm doing wrong? I type in guest they're saved great. However whilst i have lets say 5 guest shown in the " guest list" the "summary of guest" shows i have 7. the "accepted list" also says 7!!!!! But I cannot find the details of the other two guests as they don't appear on the"guest list" So i have tried to re-add the guests that don't appear on the guest list. It says I'm duplicating them!!!! Please help me sort this out!!!!!

    Your account has been reset - you had 3 guests in your summary, but only one in your list - so this has been reset for you.

    Thank you for asking, well I have had a little go & whilst my previous problem has been resolved. I had tried adding more guests as soon as you rectified the problem. However i ended up abandoning it as t will add so many guest then no matter whose name it is!!!!- it just will wont add anymore!!!! I went on just to try and add today no joy!!!! I'm only up to 27 and have around another 270 to add doubt it will work!!!!

    Hiya,

    Could you email me at aimee@hitched.co.uk with more details about what is happening when you try to add further guests?

    If you are having difficulty, you could always use the excel document template which is quite quick and easy. But I would like to know what problem you are having so that if there is a bug with this then I can get it fixed!

    Hi Aimee

    Please could you reset my Guest Manager please, as it is showing 3 people invited and one acceptance, even though only one person is in the list, which is me, who I cannot delete anyway! I have tried importing my guest list, which I can do fine, but I do not want to do this until my guest list has been reset, otherwise it could prove rather confusing!
