Lola - I think he could well be both!

We having a pretty low key wedding (registry office and then reception at a local sports club) so he thinks it will be a talking point seeing as we're not at some big amazing venue

I'd go for it!!! I had one for my birthday one year and the adults spent more time on it than the kids! x

Curly - the idea if growing on me I have to say......although the idea of drunken people and bouncy castles does concern me slightly - that said 2 of our guests are paramedics! Can I be nosey and ask how much you paid and for how long?

I just mentioned this to my OH, and now he wants one!

I got one via work for my brothers 18th a couple of years ago, and it was a big hit, and actually there was no problems even though there were 2 teenagers with ADHD and a lot of drunken 18 year olds there!

    xxx

Have to say I think this is an awesome idea, and would do it too if my venue had the space! The reception is in town and so there are no green spaces nearby - except the bowling green at the hotel but we are not allowed to walk on that let alone put up a bouncy castle! lol

There is a green area outside our venue although is led onto from the members only bar area (our venue has three rooms, two for hire and one for members only) so H2B thought that mght be a problem....I think I'll ask my venue when I go next

would maybe make an interesting wedding shot - H2B and I on the castle in our dress and suits!

It certainly does, I have an image on the page below:

One thing to be careful about is the amount of people on the castle. too many and it may become unsafe.

A DJ friend of mine offers this down in Cornwall and it is surprisingly popular. He not only has different sized bouncies but also a surf simulator, sumo suits, and other inflatable fun. Must admit, he always runs his with a crew so each piece of equipment is manned so B+G don't have to worry about it. He's got a fantastic photo of a bride in full white wedding dress on the surf sim....looks great.
