Wow!!!! What a beautiful picture! Definitely one to treasure.

We've just booked our photographer and as part of the package, we get a pre-wedding shoot as well. Won't be til next year so plenty of time to plan that but I have a big problem - I simply cannot smile naturally for the camera. As soon as it's pointing at me, I freeze up and either look terrified or grin like an eejit! Does anyone have any advice on how to learn to just relax and 'be' in front of the lens? I shall be so disappointed if we don't get some gorgeous pics like this one and I know that a lot of it will be reportage so not even looking at the camera. But when I need to 'pose', what should I do?

There must be other hitchers who have the same issues as me? Are there? Hello? (Or maybe it is just me - eek!)

That's a lovely picture.

Phoenix - same as you I look like a right moron when I smile. A lot of the time I end up looking startled or grumpy as hell. I'll need to practice my posing I reckon to make sure I find a pose that's right.

That is a gorgeous picture and one I am sure you will treasure forever!
