Hair accessory..?

NikiST, 28 February, 2011 at 21:20 Posted on Planning 0 9

Ok, I'm having my hair down, and with loose curls. I am having one side pinned up and back slightly. I want a nice *something* to go in my hair.. not sure what yet, I'm browsing for ideas before I go for my hair trial. The question is.. what can I use for the style I want? A clip, a pin, or a comb? Or any of these? Thanks. Smiley smile

You really do have loads of options for the hairstyle you have in mind. What is your dress like as that would be really helpful to know. If you don't want to post it on here feel free to email me.

Some of my brides with similar hairstyles to the side. This is my Cluster tiara

    Crystal Burst haircomb

    Valentina Limited Edition tiara

Most of my designs can be done on a comb instead of a band. Have a look in here http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=35098&id=138437779505448 and also on my website www.lynseysdesigns.co.uk.

If I can help at all feel free to email any questions. Lx

A comb looks lovely with one side of the hair pulled back. I've worn my hair like this to weddings before. Depending on whether your dress would suit pearls, crystals or diamante, there's a few comb designs below for ideas.

Or some side tiara ideas, most of which could be incorporated onto a comb:

My website is www.louloubelle.co.uk - a lot of my work is bepsoke so I'd be happy to design something for you.

A side tiara would be suitable or a bridal hair comb at the back. Have a look at our large range of wedding hair accessories.

One of my brides had a comb with feathers

or you could just have a single flower or maybe just flowers like baby breaths or gypsophila loose in your hair

Lots to cosider there but a side tiara is easier to wear I have some here https://www.3djewellery.co.uk/index_files/side_tiara_headbands.htm but if you wanted a comb the flower burst is pretty https://www.3djewellery.co.uk/index_files/jewelled_hair_combs.htm

Oh my gosh thank you everyone! You've certainly given me a lot to browse through! Smiley smile I appreciate it.

I probably should have mentioned.. my dress has small delicate little crystals stitched into it so something with crystals and ivory/white pearls would look lovely. I will be having some grips to hold it all up and then something pretty to finish it off, I think a comb would be better at staying in. I'll have a look at all your links. Thanks ladies xxx

Just to add my tuppence worth, I'm thinking of having a large flower accessory in my hair rather than a tiara, veil or sparkly comb. I can't seem to visualise what will go best with the dress . . .
