Hair Accessory Help

scarybiscuits, 28 February, 2012 at 11:42 Posted on Planning 0 12

Hi, I want to have my hair in a beehive like this:

Do you think it would look best with a side tiara, comb, flower or nothing at all?

I think either would look fine. Depends on your dress as to what style of accessory would suit though but I love side tiaras so that would be my personal preference as long as it worked with the dress. x

Hi, i thing a side band would look fab, a comb would probably not be the best option as the beehive is quite loose and would probably struggle to hold a comb, a clip however would hold well, i have a few that would work well, this range is sold in a bridal shop along with the Justin Alexander dresses as they work so well together Smiley smile

I agree that a side tiara would look great, something along a floral theme to tie in with your dress perhaps If you wear a side tiara bear in mind that it will affect the front of the hair style so that the height will start behind the hair band rather than like in the photo. Personally I think this will look fab!

My website is www.louloubelle.co.uk and here are a few flower themed side tiaras for inspiration (they can be adapted if needs be).

If I can help at all, my email is ****@***********.**.**

PS: Sorry the photos are so big!

    Ooooh, gorgeous hairdo!

For some reason, It won't let me add photos but here is a link to my website with some tiara and headband designs. Some of the designs can be altered to suit your colour scheme or preference. Hope I can help!

With your dress a side tiara would work great and I'd stick with the flower/rose element. Here are just a few of my flower themed designs although I mainly work on bespoke designs so creating something new isn't a problem.

Any questions just email ******@**************.**.**. x

I saw this the other day and your post made me think of it again. Your hairstyle is quite 60's in style, so maybe this would be good. http://www.wedding-workshop.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php/jewellery-diamante-hair-wrap-other-p-2521

some of the other tiaras are gorge - lisaloulou - i love the first one you posted but it might be a bit too big for the hairstyle

3d jewellery - do you have a link to that one?

thanks for all your help ladies!

Forgot to mention earlier that you could pick an element from this collection along with a whole load of others I either have in stock or I can source different ones - https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.159736240708935.39924.138437779505448&type=3.

    Hi,

A stunning hair do. I have a couple of vintage tiaras - especially Rosalie, or esme tiara - both of these would look beautiful with this hairstyle.

Alternatively I have combs and hair pins which could be added to this hair style.

    Regards,

    Rebecca
