Hair help!! All Aspects!!

RomanticBlueConfetti97, 11 March, 2014 at 10:33 Posted on Planning 0 9

Hi everyone,

I am getting married in 4 months abroad, and i have no idea how to do my hair or what accessory to pop in it. I know i DONT want a tiara/headband, but im thinking maybe a hair comb, or maybe a clip of some sorts. but i do have a veil too, but it will probably come off after the ceremony and photos

Or maybe should have a hair clip? My hair is thin so nothing much holds hair combs in lol

I'm wearing a veil too Only for ceremony and a few photos and then its being whipped off so need to take that into account

My hair is also very thin and i am loosing my hair at the sides by my ears and just above

but i dont know what will go best with my dress

I have no idea how to have my hair styled, and i wont get a hair trial until im out in Malta

This is the dress I am getting

Any ideas would be fab, i think it should have some sparkle and maybe pearl in, but i have no idea though

Hey I love this dress! sooo gorge! Clips can look lovely, and can work well with a veil and also when you take it off. For my friends wedding we looked on a site called Glitzy Secrets for inspiration Smiley smile

Have you thought about going for a trial with a hairdresser over here before you go out? You can take pics and they can help you work out what will/won't work with your hair so you can get the right things before you go. x

Is your hair loss more noticable with your hair up or down that maybe a factor in if you decide to have it up or down. and if combs dont tend to stay in due to your hair been thin maybe try the gems that twist into your hair {especially if you have it up} they look lovely but wont be to in your face for the photos with your viel on but then will hold there own for when your take the veil off. if your having hair up maybe go for a messy bun (they look lovely) due to the fact its not plastered to your head your hair loss wont be noticed if you want it down i'd try lose curls. either way your going to look gorgeous

You'll be amazed, hairdressers are very good at getting hair accessories to stay in! I have some lovely clips, pins and combs on my site if you'd like to take a look.

    Gorgeous dress by the way!

A lot of my brides put hair pieces in their hair to make it look thinker and so it's easier to style. Could this be an option? Would you prefer it up or down? Have you got long hair?

My hair is shoulder length, we are getting married in malta, and i haven't been away on holiday for such a long time im not sure how well the heat will hold my hair.

its knowing what hair pieces to but though, as im at a loss to what to buy.

my hair thinning is around by my ears and above so im guessing down would be a better option as its not very noticeable when down, just a pain my hair is so blooming thin!

You might be better with a headband and then you can have your hair up or down.
