Hair help - does anyone have any pictures?

I've got long hair and I want it all gathered in a low ponytail to one side and draping over my right shoulder with some waves in it, but I can't find any pictures and havent a clue how to explain it on google images!

Does anyone firstly know what the heck I'm talking about and have any pics that you can flash for inspiration please? TIA

My hair started off in a low side bun and then I took the pins out in the evening and kept it in a pony tail. Here's my trial pics:

It obviously lokoed a lot neater on the day!
