Hair Help Please

tory82, 15 June, 2009 at 12:01 Posted on Planning 0 12

Good Morning Everyone,

I am hoping for some hair help please. On the big day, i will be having the front of my hair pinned back, wavy hair down to about my shoulders. I am not wearing a veil or tiara but do want some sparkle throughout my hair.

I shall probably wear a hair comb but actually want sparkles thoughout my hair as otherwise it will be super plain and boring.

Can anyone understand what i am on about and help at all please?

Thanks xxx

Hair diamonds are BRILLIANT - they come in a fair few colours, and they are swarovski, so good quality sparkle. They sit firm whatever type of hair you have as they have little rubber like grippy rings that you thread onto your hair (with a threader that comes with the diamonds) and they don't move til you take them out ...

You can have as few or as many as you want but I think you get 8 in a box....

I love them - I even wear them to wedding fayres that I'm exhibiting at!

Edited to say - the ones Debs posted are different to the ones I'm talking about ... http://www.aliyarose.co.uk/hairdiamonds.htm for 8 or http://extensionize.com/blinxbling-hair-jewels/cat_4.html for 4.... I think the ebay ones are on wire coils rather than the rubber rings ... which would be OK if you have super thick hair or are twisting them into an up do, but if you're having 'down' hair I'd go with the ones like I use as you can put them on poker straight hair .... more expensive yes, but then they are swarovski ....

Instead of the springs I've always fancied these hair jewels

I'm sure a HIB has them on their website, but I can't think who!

    Hello

I know you have lots of website already to look at, but please feel free to take a peek at mine: www.katievaledesigns.com I have lots of different pins which can be made in any colour crystal, pearl, wire & to your required size too. On my Happy Clients page there is an image of a bride who had them running down the side of a french pleat too.

    Hope this helps.

    ?

these are the exact same ones that I sell, obviously you can buy them cheaper from the link you have in your post, this is where I get them from and Thiery who owns the site is the also the wholesaler and buys them a lot cheaper than he sells them to us ? They are also the same ones Mrs SP is talking about that you thread onto your hair. What I would say though is that they are quite small.

    Hi,

I wore kirby grips with Swarovski crystals dotted around the edge of my hair style but they can also be made on hair pins and worn through your hair.

I sell them here and any size and colour of crystal can be used- http://lynseysdesigns.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/fgallery/fim_photos.php?album=hair-pins-slides&image=Swarovski%20crystals%20hairpin.jpg
