Hair or makeup - which comes first?

Im having my hair done at a hairdressers but my MUA is coming to my home - Im not sure what is the best order to do it in, Im thinking hair first?

    Hi

    Whenever any of my clients needs to go to a location for example to have hair done before i do the makeup at their own i usually advise them to have their hair done first in case of unforseen delays etc.

    Mine was done sort of simultaneously bit of makeup bit of hair whilst it was roated through the bridal party it worked well

    At Saturdays wedding we were in a high street salon and the bride had two people doing her hair and a mua doing the makeup at the same time??

    I'm having my hair done first, my MUA asked if I could have it that way round.

    I'd say hair first. At my trial, MUA did a bit of hair, then make up, then finished off, but that was to make most efficient use of time - on the day, my hair went into rollers, I sat around for a couple of hours while bridesmaids were being done, then she pulled together the hairstyle and then did my make up.
