OH had hers today too and came home looking like she had a birds nest on her head with a clump of hair in her hand where she'd pulled it all out - we want to keep our 'looks' as much of a surprise as we can!

Sam - we are very lucky, or hair lady is also a very good friend and guest at the wedding! She's an amazing/award winning mobile hairdresser, so if you happen to be looking for a hairdresser for your wedding, or just in general, I'll pass her details along to you!

Don't worry about it, it's a very common assumption. At my dress fitting yesterday I was talking to my FSIL about OH's dress and the seamstress asked if I was having a double wedding!!!
