Tizz - NO we didn't have it! It was a right palava. We'd pre-ordered it but when we arrived they said they had supplier problems and they didn't have any!

I was really angry that they hadn't called me but to be fair to them they completely made it up to us. Free bottle of champagne and they'd kept aside four Limousin fillets which aren't much cheaper than the Kobe.

They gave us 70% off our food bill and the steaks were on a par with the best we've ever had (in a gorgeous little restaurant in rural spain).

So they did a good job all in all!

Tonight I'm off to see the Dolly Parton musical, I'm off work tomorrow too and meeting my mum, brother and his GF for lunch then a bit of shopping with my mum. Going to see Skyfall and have a couple of cocktails with the MF in the evening. On Saturday I'm having a party at a pub.

Funky I know! I am a bit gutted we didn't get to try it.

Cricks has had it and she said it's unlike any steak she's had. She said it tastes completely different.

I reckon these things are always worth trying. It's hardly going to be horrible. The restaurant are going to get in touch when they have their supplier back and I reckon we'll go at some point.
