As promised a pic of my sisters in their dresses, they need a few alterations like removing the straps (we just tucked them in the top when they were trying them on which has made the dress shorter than it normally is) stitching the lace sash on and also get them lined as they are a little see through but once all that is done i think they will be lovely! ? My neice wanted to try on her dress again also!

Thankyou, got the from the Portsmouth store last Monday, they had quite a few, we added the lacey belt as they did have a black sash and bow.

I'd get them lined, the camera has shown up their underwear and even pale undies will show up under camera flashes and you dont want that if you can get pale lining and have a seamstress sew it in....

I dont like the length but thats just me.... make sure they can sit and stand in it with a sense of decorum... dont want to flash their knickers as they lean over the table for something

Hi i think they look gorgeous and really suit your bridesmaids, and at least they are dresses that the girls will want to wear!! Fabulous find you should be very happy!!

I think the dresses are pretty but agree that they need to be lined. I do think they're too short but if you're happy with the length, then go for it. Agree with teehee that they'll have to sit and stand nicely though!

Thanks everyone, i understand they aren't to everyones taste, i did say i was going to get them lined and that we tucked the top in so we could see what they would look like once altered, which made them shorter than they will be when done properly.

I got her out of bed to try them on..well it was 11.30am! ? Our ceremony and reception is all at the same venue so they will only be outside for photo's, they can wear a fur wrap or something x
