I've had 2 sections and i know i'm definitely not going to have any more children so i'm tryng to lose my pouch that seems standard with a cs, it's been 18 months since i had R. I'm not flabby, my tummy isn't big but the pouch/overhang really gets to me, any tips or exercises (specific please) that i could do to help strengthen the muscles and hold everything up? Has anyone managed to achieve flat/semi flat stomachness after 2 or more sections?

    Hi,

I have not had any cs myself but do have the dreaded overhang... My son is 13 so I know its not baby fat..lol

I use a slendertone flex belt & have found it fabulous for toning up my tummy. It does take a bit of getting used to at first because of the "electrical impulses" it emits when you wear it but you soon get used to it & get a bit braver as you go along, hiking it up to a higher/faster speed.

It is a belt which you wear that has little sticky pads on that the impulses come through. You can see your muscles (flab in my case) contracting as you wear it.

I swear by it & I used it for a couple of weeks before I went on my jollies.. It toned up the bits I needed it to & I didnt feel so consious in my bikini.

    Hiya,

FABULOUS time in Cyprus thanks.. have been back 1 week now, really depressed at being back in dreary old England. The weather was perfect...blue sky & sunshine everyday & it even got upto 36 one day, so the pool at the villa was very welcome.

I just cant seem to get back into the swing of things though now. I have got a few wedding jewellery orders to finish & post off & have got LOADS of orders for my "everyday jewellery" to do in time for xmas.

How is all your planning going?? I really do think that you will need a p a when you get married over in Cyprus (ME!!!!!!!!!!)

Well, I had better get some work done

    Debbie

    xx
