Has anyone ordered from Elegant Shoes?

Hi Hitchers,

Has anyone ordered from this website at all and if so how did you find them? Has anyone had to return anything to them?

I'm struggling to find shoes in shops and Ive seen some i like but worried about ordering online..

    I have ordered and returned two pairs of shoes from them at different times. I made sure they were returned the next day as it is a pretty short return period and the refund was back in my account quite quickly. I would recommend them.

    I ordered from them. They didn't fit so I returned them and it was fine. I returned them quite quickly and the refund came through fine.

    I was reading the Ts&Cs and the returns policy sounds scary - it put my off but I might try them actually seeing as you have returned with no probs,thanks!
