Has anyone seen one of these ...

monkey fingers, 31 July, 2008 at 22:56 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 16

I will try to describe it clearly.

It looks like a red and white polka dot duvet but has a waterproof base (oil cloth?) I saw one months ago and thought it looked perfect for picnics, I have since been kicking myself for not buying it and now I can't find it anywhere.

I saw it in an independant gift/ 'pretty things' shop and it cost something between £30 and £40- I NEED IT!

Anyone?

Does anyone even know what I am trying to describe or am talking about?

Thank you xxx

Yeah, I've got a black fleecy one with waterproof on backside for laying on grass.

Got it in M and S.

Guess you can probably get all different styles and colours but I don't know where!

This isn't polka dot but it might do the job - I don't understand the 'like a duvet' bit though.

Thank you, but not quite what I saw

At first sight it looked like a duvet (or do I mean quilt?) and then you turned it over and it was backed with waterproof material.

So similar, but more comfy looking!

If Mr MF hadn't been with me I would think I had imagined it, I need it so much now I can't find it!

Thank you for trying to help xxx

Go to bags & wallets - then look up picnic blanket

By then it's probably not what your after.
