I haven't, no. I'd be interested in hearing from people who have. My problem is portion size so I always thought it wouldn't be wise for me to try this plan as I did SW years ago and bombed on it - I actually put ON weight! ?

I did points for a few months and lost 2 stone and then I had a few weeks of not losing anything so I switched to core and lost another stone and a half quite quickly. I got on much better with core as I ate a lot of fish, veg, fruit etc anyway.

I should have added - I didn't lose anything the first week but lost 5lb the following week.

Me, i am a plan whore ?i swap between the 2 regularily, it keeps it fresh and make sme think about it. i would def suggest trying it but as ofeelia says you dont always see the difference the 1st week, so give it 2 weeks to see best results.

go on try it you know you want to ?and yell if you get stuck i dont mind helping.

I'd be more inclined to follow Scooby-Doo and do Rosemary Connely (sp?) for a week or so.

I can't do core, I'm a greedy pig and would just eat and eat if it were 'free' IYSWIM

But you did lose 1.5lb, that's pretty good IMHO If you want to step it up then do more exercise, it worked for me this week.

You're about my weight I think, or possibly lighter. In the grand scheme of things it's going to be harder to get good losses (ie. 2.5lb or more week after week) when we haven't really god much to lose.

Mind you, having said all that I was still disappointed with 2lb. I'm just impatient.

I don't want to say my weight, I am too heavy ? I will PM you it if you want?

I am just so impatient as well. I have a holiday to go on.

Do you notice anything different about your body? I don't

Not really, no. I'm 11st5lb, still too much but I think i'll be 10 something by the time I go away.

I'm now in my size 12 work trousers and bought a pair of size 12 jeans the other day. My top half is bigger than before when I was this weight, that's down to having a child unfortunately [V]

The ww lady did say to start keeping a record of my measurements because I may find they go down as I exercise when my weight doesn't shift so quickly IYSWIM

id="quote">That's not strictly true with Core though. You can't just eat & eat like you can on SW. You can only eat free foods at 3 meals per day. Then you are only to eat until you are comfortably full. Other than that, you can only eat fruit/veg/fruities.
Having said that, I lost 3lbs when I switched to Core the first week and then nothing since. I find it harder to deal with unforseen circumstances on Core than I do on points. Eg, if someone phones me up at lunchtime to ask me out for a drink - I find it easier to shuffle points than I do rearrange my weekly allowance on core. IYSWIM.

Yes, I will admit to not understanding it fully, I assumed it worked like slimming world. It's the 'eat until you are comfortably full' that I think I'd still struggle with.

What height are you Sunset? I am a bit heavier than you, I dont think that I will get into the 10's for my holiday, I might get my 10% though, have you had that yet?

My WW lady told me that as well.

I am rubbish at exercise, but I am going to start walking a lot more. If I walk to and from work, that is 40 mins per day
