We did call police but there were 2 options one was to have both arrested and poss not get stuff back due to evidence or the other was to get them to sign stuff back but if police went down that route they couldnt then arrest them if not found we went with latter as his son looked like he was being forced into the situation by his mother and he looked scared, when the police caught them they said they had been trown down drain at the end of our rd after draining 3 drains with a vax still nothing so cant get them arrested and have had to change all locks on both house and cancel all cards OH is upset as he has a fab relationship with his son and feels more let down about that than the other stuff as she was violent when she got in and i have a baby in the house the police said i should get injunction with power of arrest but this again is expensive and we are not rolling it thanks for responding x

OMG! Not sure what to say but didn't want to read and run! I could definitely think of a few choice words for what sounds like a lovely specimen of a woman but probably not helpful :-s

Wow - definitely the last thing you need to be dealing with.

What's done is done, but if there are any repeats you really need to press charges, even if it means the son also. ☹️

If the son apologised maybe he feels guilty enough that his mum won't be able to persuade/force him to do it again - hopefully.

on the plus side yay for limo!

    xx
