I did weightwactchers a couple of years ago (a mixture of points and core) and lost almost 4 stone and kept it off. Then I fell pregnant and put 3 stone of it back on again which I now need to lose.
I've started weightwatchers again and just can't seem to get into it this time. I'm bored of counting points and am becoming obsessed with pointing everything and getting upset if I go a point over some days. I would like to do core but want to be able to have a sandwich without having to point it (bread isn't allowed on core).
I know what's healthy and what isn't and would prefer to just start eating healthily rather then being on a diet iykwim? But how will I know of I'm eating enough and can healthy eating rather than being on a diet really work?
I've been (and will continue to) exercising 3/4 times a week.
