Hi just joined , I have just under 9 months to plan an entire wedding, not long had my second kid.

have no idea where to start,

want a girlie wedding but I'm also a huge fan of breaking bad (can see by the name) and will ferrel and would look to incorporate that into it, If I can not the most weddingy themes lol.

we have the church and venue booked, chosen maids /flowergirl etc just everything else.

Hello, we are getting married nine months yesterday so have about the same length of time left. What dates your wedding?

So far we've booked the venue, sorted photographer (family friend but lives abroad so went to visit him for 5 days earlier this month), asked our friend who has a catering company to cater for us, asked my mum to make the cake and asked our bridesmaids/best men/speech reader (my brother) and witnesses (my nephews) to each play their part.

There is so much still to do though! I'm a little worried. December has been a bit of a write off for planning with Christmas.

I love Breaking Bad by the way!

Oh wow! ur more organised than me!

my date is the 28th September.

I need to get a move on!

yeah I'm gonna have the table plan as names of will ferrel characters and the evening do have bags of blue sherbet on the tables or some other sweets, sombreo's toy guns like the bang ones etc

I bought a box of 50 invite things form the works i'll how those work , not had any look finding pocketfolds.

A location may help so that others with some local experiance can chip in

I love themed weddings! Maybe get your guests to dress in select looks from Will Ferrel films/breaking bad. Also table place names could be from breaking bad episodes/characters etc.

Don't worry, 9 months is plenty of time, I've seen a huge 300 people wedding planned in 4 months! (She was unusually mega calm!)

    9 months is plenty!!!

I get married in just under 4 weeks and organised mine in 10 months with one of those months being december and as u say a write off lol.

I'd say main thing get a venue booked as September is still quite a popular month, we had it easy having a January wedding which is typically quiet, being why we chose it so things wouldn't all be booked and hopefully get some bargains :-)

to be honest i've not found there's all that much to book, most time consuming is figuring favors and making our own invites lol

    good luck!!!

Just to say, we're having 'Carry on my Wayward Son' by Kansas (the closing credits from 'Anchorman') as our post-marriage / signing the register music! ?

Plus you should TOTALLY walk down the aisle to 'Afternoon Delight'! Hilarious.
