Lol, yes so different! I can still remember freaking out last time over the invites...

We did the whole shebang last time, princess dress, big venue, lots of people, the whole thing cost about £20k.

This time, to say that it's going to be understated is an understatement! Very relaxed and informal, just a few close friends, and we'll just go out for a nice meal afterwards. How about you? When are you getting married?

We're getting married 28th December this year. Having the ceremony & reception at the same venue as I didnt fancy having everyone traipsing from venue to venue. Even though i'm in my mid 40+ my OH is nearly 50, its the first time for both of us. We're having it as small as possible but given that i'm the youngest of 6 children, & all of my siblings have 2+ kids...we are touching 60 guests for the day & possibly another 20 for the evening. Saying that, it will still come in at around £5k as doing some real bargain shopping....even my dress i saved over £1000 on as got it in the sale recently. The most expensive thing for us after the venue will be entertainment. But, we just want to be Mr & Mrs....can't wait.

We are 5 September so just a couple of months before you!

We both had 'standard' package deal kind of weddings first time round so this time will be much more relaxed and personal to us, with about 30 guests, and the wedding breakfast at Pizza Express!

Loving the Pizza Express idea! Have you started looking at dresses yet? I want something *really* simple but haven't found anything suitable yet.
