Just thought I'd say hello - as not been on here for a while! Sorry have been a bit busy! No excuse for not saying hello though!

How are we all? Planning coming along nicely?

Last weekend I went on a hen-do to Valencia for my friend. It was so funny! Would definately recommend the city to anyone!

And then this week coming I will be busy every night, as next weekend is the wedding of the above hen-do, and I've been asked to make chocolate truffles for the favours. I'm very flattered by this - & nervous! I'm making 410 truffles!! I'm doing dark chocolate & cointreau, white chocolate & malibu and milk chocolate & amaretto. Wish me luck!

    I will be making 410 for the wedding, but a few more for me! ?

    Will upload pictures of them all looking pretty on display if I remember!

    Yeah I'm good thanks. Just been mega busy so unable to get online half as much as I'd like to! I'm hoping if I make enough, it will actually turn me off of chocolate! Hope you are well
