Hello everyone - from a newbie HIB

Hi everyone,

This is my first post on the forum so thought I would introduce myself. I am a wedding photographer based in Manchester.

I have covered weddings all over the North West and was recently won the SWPP Members Forum Wedding Competition 2008.

I'm actually getting married myself in the Lake District in August this year so can't escape weddings at the moment! I have advertised on Hitched for almost three years now (so may actually have done some Hitched weddings without being aware of it) so thought it was about time I started joining in with the forum and helping out with advice where I can.

I can't really help out with wedding planning questions (my fiancee is in charge of that...!) but I will certainly do my best to offer any advice any of you may have with regards to wedding photography.

I look forward to joining in discussions in the future.

PS Please let me know if anything in this post is against the rules - I know there has been a few instances of this recently so I'm trying to be very careful!

I'm an active member of the SWPP (Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographer) forum so it will be nice to join in a forum on the other side of the fence (as it were!)

I look forward to contributing and helping out where I can.
