Thought i'd say hello as i have just officially joined up, this is my first ever post on any forum ever, im a bit nervous about hitting the post button lol
Well a wee bit about me, i got engaged to my lovely H2B in September after being together nearly 9 years and having our gorgeous son, who is 2 and a half. I have been lurking on and off on BabyTalk for the past few years and have had so much advice off the girls on there without them even knowing! Which is how i knew about this site, i always wanted to join in but kept putting it off and then i felt id left it too late as i have a toddler now and not a new little baby!
Anyways, we had always said if we were to get married we would just go abroad and do it with a few family members, but now that its actually happening i cant imagine planning a wedding in another country, theres so much to do! So ive totally changed my mind and now we're having it here with about 160 guests!!
The only things we have booked so far are the church and the reception venue (The Cruin at Loch Lomond). So, we're getting married on Saturday 17th August 2013 eeeeeek!! Its so exciting to have an actual wedding date ?
I know its probably a bit of a long shot but have any you ever been to a wedding at The Cruin and also do i have any date twins out there?
Look forward to chatting to you all, ive already been banned from talking about the wedding by H2B so need someone else who'll listen to me!
